Background Information
Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons go through several years of hospital based residency training for surgical procedures & anesthesia. As an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Caplash manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Dr. Caplash practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery, bone grafting & reconstruction, wisdom tooth( Third Molar) removals to corrective jaw & reconstructive surgery to pathological conditions of the maxillofacial regions. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our office can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
Our staff is trained in assisting with intravenous (IV) anesthesia in our state of the art office setting and general anesthesia in an outpatient settings. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
Surgical Staff
The surgical staff at Rochester Oral Surgery are experienced, certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in the intravenous anesthesia and surgery. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified.
